The preoperative appearance of the lobule type microtia.

耳垂残存型小耳症の術前。



Determine the proper anatomical location
during the first stage operation
with the film template.
The outline from the film template is traced
unto the patient.

耳介が存在すべき場所を決定するために
透明フイルムに印刷していた本人サイズの設計図を用いる。
その設計図を、顔面に写し取る。



The outline for the reconstruction of the auricle .

耳介再建のための手術デザイン。



The four skin flaps formed
[anterior and posterior skin flaps of the lobule,
tragus skin flap and the mastoid skin flap].
The remnant auricular cartilage is
to be completely removed.
The skin pocket created.

４枚の皮弁を形成した。
耳介軟骨はすべて摘出した。



The fabricated 3 dimensional costal cartilage frame
[3-D frame] and paper template.

作成した３次元肋軟骨フレームと本人サイズの紙型。



The 3-D frame is grafted under the skin pocket.
The reconstructed auricle.

３次元肋軟骨フレームを皮下ポケットに移植して再建した耳介。



The actual appearance
at the end of the first stage operation
with Bolster sutures.

ボルスター縫合固定を行って手術を終了した。

小耳症手術による合併症
一過性の顔面神経麻痺　浅側頭動・静脈の血行不良による植皮の生着不良　感染、移植軟骨の露出　気胸　術後肺炎
縫合不全　ハゲ　床ずれ　その他
上記のような合併症が生じた場合は、症状に応じて対処致します。場合によっては再手術を行う可能性もあります。
