Determine the proper anatomical location
　 with transparent film template.

透明フイルムの設計図を用いて
耳介の正常な場所と大きさを決定する。


The outline for the 1st-stage operation.

肋軟骨移植術の手術デザイン。


The fabricated 3-dimensional costal cartilage frame
　 [3-D frame] and paper template.

作成した３次元肋軟骨フレームおよび耳の紙型。



Skin flaps formed,
　　anterior skin flap of the lobule,
　　posterior skin flap,
　　mastoid skin flap,
　　tragus skin flap.
All remnant ear cartilage removed.
Skin pocket created.

皮弁形成を行った。
　　耳垂前面皮弁。
　　耳垂後面皮弁。
　　乳突洞部皮弁。　
　　耳珠用皮弁。
全ての遺残耳介軟骨を摘出した。
皮下ポケットを作成した。


3-D frame is grafted
　 under the skin pocket
　　　 and reconstructed auricle.

３次元肋軟骨フレームを
　皮下ポケットへ移植して
　　再建した耳介。


At the end of the 1st-stage operation
　 with Bolster fixation sutures.

ボルスター縫合固定を行って手術終了。
