1st-stage operation for small concha type microtia

Preoperative appearance

小耳甲介型小耳症の術前。


Determine the proper anatomical location
　with transparent film template.

透明フイルムに印刷した本人サイズの設計図を
　用いて耳介の正常な場所と大きさを決定する。


The outline for the 1st-stage operation.

肋軟骨移植術の手術デザイン。


Fabricated 3-dimensional costal cartilage frame
　　 [3-D frame] and paper template.

作成した３次元肋軟骨フレームと紙型。


Skin fraps formed,
　　anterior skin flap of the lobule,
　　posterior skin flap of the lobule,
　　mastoid skin flap,
　　tragus skin flap.
All remnant ear cartilage removed.
Skin pocket created.

皮弁形成を行った、
　　耳垂前面皮弁、
　　耳垂後面皮弁、
　　乳突洞部皮弁、
　　耳珠用皮弁。
全ての遺残耳介軟骨を摘出した。
皮下ポケットを作成した。


3-D frame is grafted
　　under the skin pocket
　　　　 and reconstructed auricle.

３次元肋軟骨フレームを
皮下皮下ポケットへ移植して
再建した耳介。


At the end of the 1st-stage operation
　 with Bolster fixation sutures.

ボルスター縫合固定を行って手術終了。

小耳症の手術をご理解いただくためのものです。
症例により結果も異なります。
　　
「小耳症治療の術後合併症」
　気胸[2000例に1例]、禿髪、皮弁の部分壊死、移植肋軟骨部分露出
　浅側頭動静脈の先天性血行不良による植皮の生着不良、等

上記のような合併症が生じた場合は、
症状に対処する再手術を行う場合もあります。
