Determine the proper anatomical location
during the 1st-stage operation
with the transparent film template.

耳があるべき場所を決定するために本人サイズの設計図を透明フイルムに印刷したものを用いる。



The outline for the reconstruction
of the auricle.

手術デザイン。



The fabricated
3 dimensional costal cartilage frame
[3-D frame] and paper template.

作成した３次元肋軟骨フレームと紙型。



The four skin flaps formed
[anterior and posterior skin flaps of the lobule,
　tragus skin flap and the mastoid skin flap].
The remnant auricular cartilage
is completely removed　and skin pocket created..

４枚の皮弁を形成し、遺残耳介軟骨をすべて摘出し皮下ポケットを作成した。



The 3-D frame is grafted under the skin pocket
　and the reconstructed auricle.

３次元肋軟骨フレームを皮下ポケットへ移植して再建した耳介。



The appearance
at the end of the 1st-stage operation
with the bolster fixation sutures.

ボルスター縫合固定を行って手術終了。

小耳症手術による合併症
一過性の顔面神経麻痺　浅側頭動・静脈の血行不良による植皮の生着不良　感染、移植軟骨の露出　気胸　術後肺炎
縫合不全　ハゲ　床ずれ　その他
上記のような合併症が生じた場合は、症状に応じて対処致します。場合によっては再手術を行う可能性もあります。
