柔道耳「カリフラワー耳」の修正手術


The traumatic auricular deformity
caused by aggressive contact sports like judo,
　known as cauliflower ears.
The preoperative appearance, lateral view is shown.

柔道による強度の接触を伴うスポーツにより変形をきたした耳介「カリフラワー耳」。
術前の側面像。


The skin incision line is shown in red.

皮膚切開線を赤で示す。


Upper auricular skin flap is elevated
and revealed the ear cartilage.

耳介上方皮弁を拳上して、耳介軟骨を露出した。


Antero-lateral view.
Note there is third crus like stahl`s ear.
Moreover there are cauliflower deformities
of superior crus,inferior crus and antihelix .

露出した耳介軟骨の斜前面像。
スタール耳のごとき第3脚が存在する。
さらに上行脚,下行脚、対輪にもカリフラワー変形が存在する。


The cauliflower deformity portion
of the ear cartilage is shaved and excised.
Small costal cartilege　block is fabricated
and grafted to posterior conchal portion.

耳介軟骨カリフラワー膨大変形部を、削り切除した。
耳を後ろから支えるため肋軟骨ブロックを作成し、耳甲介後方へ移植した。

反転拳上していた耳介上方皮弁を戻して縫合した直後の側面像。

The antero-lateral appearance
at the end of the operation
with Bolster fixation sutures.
