ロップ耳の耳介軟骨移植による耳輪形成術


Preoperative appearance of lop ear.

Post-auricular incision line.

耳介後面を切開する。


The anterior surface of the auricular cartilage
　　 revealing the folded helical rim .

耳介軟骨の耳輪の表側まで剥離すると、耳輪が内側に倒れている。


The auricular cartilage harvested
　from the posterior surface of the conchal cavity.

耳甲介後面から耳介軟骨を採取した。


The appearance of the auricular helical cartilage
　　after supplementation and fixation
　　　of the harvested conchal cartilage
　　　　　with 4-0 clear nylon.

耳輪の後面に採取した耳甲介軟骨を4－0白ナイロンで縫合固定して
折れ曲がっていた耳輪を丸くなるように拡張した。

皮弁を戻し縫合した状態。
耳輪が丸く形成されている。

ボルスター縫合固定を行って手術終了。
