　　　　透明フイルムに印刷した本人サイズの設計図を用いて
　　　　　　耳介の正常な場所と大きさを決定する。

　　　　　肋軟骨移植術の手術デザイン。


　　　　　Fabricated 3 dimensional costal cartilage frame
　　　　　　　　 [3-D frame] and paper template.

　　　　　作成した3次元肋軟骨フレームと紙型。


　　　　　Skin flaps formed,
　　　　　　　anterior skin flap of lobule,
　　　　　　　posterior skin flap of lobule,
　　　　　　　mastoid skin flap,
　　　　　　　tragus skin flap.
　　　　　All remnant Ear cartilage removed.
　　　　　Skin pocket created.

　　　　　皮弁形成を行った。　
　　　　　　　耳垂前面皮弁、
　　　　　　　耳垂後面皮弁、
　　　　　　　乳突洞部皮弁、
　　　　　　　耳珠用皮弁。
　　　　　全ての遺残耳介軟骨を摘出した。
　　　　　皮下ポケットを作成した。


　　　　　3-D frame is grafted
　　　　　　 under the skin pocket
　　　　　　　　and reconstructed auricle.

　　　　　　３次元肋軟骨フレームを皮下ポケットへ移植して再建した耳介。
　　

　　　　　　At the end of the 1st-stage operation
　　　　　　　　 with Bolster fixation sutures.　

　　　　　　ボルスター縫合固定を行って手術終了。
