Skin flaps elevated and
　　exposed auricular cartilage.

耳介の皮弁を拳上して耳介軟骨を露出させた。


Anterior skin flap of the auricle,
　　 exposed ear cartilage and posterior skin flap.

耳介前面皮弁、耳介軟骨および耳介後面皮弁。


The califlower deformity portion
　of the ear cartilage is shaved and excised.

耳介軟骨の石灰化して固くなった余分な軟骨を切除した。


Ear cartilage was covered with two skin flaps
and new incision line designed for helix reconstruction.

耳介軟骨を２枚の皮弁で被覆した後、
さらに耳輪再建のための切開線をデザインした。


Auricular projection angle is changed
　 better than preoperatiove angle.

この時点で耳介の立つ角度は、術前に比べ正常となっている。


Helix is reconstructed.

耳輪が形成されている。

At the end of the operation
　　 with Bolster fixation sutures.

ボルスター縫合固定を行って手術終了。
