肋軟骨移植術のデザイン。


Deep temporal fascia flap
　　 [DTF] is elevated.
Ultra-delicate split thickness scalp skin
　　 [UDSTS] is harvested.
Bad skin color portion of upper ear is excised.

DTFを拳上した。
頭皮分層皮膚を採取した。
耳介上部の色が悪い皮膚を切除した。


UDSTS is harvested.

頭皮分層皮膚を採取した。


Fabricated 3-dimensional costal cartilage frame
[3-D frame] and paper template.

作成した３次元肋軟骨フレームと紙型。


3-D frame is grafted
　 in its proper anatomical location.

３次元肋軟骨フレームを正しい位置へ移植した。


Grafted 3-D frame.

移植した３次元肋軟骨フレーム。


3-D frame is covered with DTF.

３次元肋軟骨フレームをDTFで被覆した。


DTF portion is covered with UDSTS.

頭皮分層皮膚をＤＴＦの上に移植した。




At the end of the 1st-stage operation
　 with Bolster fixation sutures.

ボルスター縫合固定を行って手術終了。
