　 after secondary auricular reconstruction.


The outline for the operation.


Temporoparietal fascia flap
　 [TPF] is elevated.


Necrosed skin excised [debriedment].
Revealed grafted costal cartilage.


Revealed costal cartilage portion
　　 is covered with TPF.


Ultra-delicate split thickness scalp skin
　　 [UDSTS] is harvested.


TPF portion is covered with UDSTS.


Total suture line.


At the end of the operation
　　with Bolster fixation sutures.


Biological dressing for donor site.

一過性の顔面神経麻痺　浅側頭動・静脈の血行不良による植皮の生着不良　感染　移植軟骨の露出　気胸　術後肺炎　縫合不全　ハゲ　床ずれ　その他

上記のような合併症が生じた場合は、症状に応じて対処致します。
場合によっては再手術を行う可能性もあります。
