小耳症に対する再々建手術を行って５か月後の状態。


The outline for the 2nd-stage [ear projection] operation.

耳立て手術のデザイン。


The temporoparietal fascia flap
　 [TPF] is elevated.
Ultra-delicate split thickness scalp skin
　 [UDSTS] is harvested.
Color-unmatched grafted skin
　 from groin area is removed [debridement].
Costal cartilage block
　for ear projection is fabricated.

TPFを挙上した。
頭皮分層皮膚を採取した。
以前に耳介後方に移植されていた茶色で色調の異なる皮膚を切除した。
耳を立てるための肋軟骨ブロックを作成した。
